Phil Bloom (Berkel en Rodenrijs, 27 November 1945) is a Dutch artist, entertainer, actress, and former member of the Fluxus art group. She was the first person to appear completely *** on Dutch television, on 28 July 1967, which caused scandal and controversy at the time.
